Adaptive immersive audio for 360 video

We were at Molineux Stadium for Wolves vs Brentford producing multiple immersive audio mixes to accompany video content from 4 360° cameras. Immersive microphones were placed at each camera location in addition to the main broadcast microphones. All of the signals were fed in to MIXaiR and multiple immersive audio output mixes were created. These mixes were encoded into B-Format and streamed in to the Unity gaming engine so that the audio would accurately adapt to the viewer's perspective of the 350 degree camera.

This was done as part of the football use case for the DCMS-funded 5G Edge-XR project on which Salsa is the lead audio partner.
